Interview Packs
Pay once per hiring push - buy a pack of interviews sized to your hiring, use it at your pace, and it never expires.
Packs are how you pay: you buy a block of interviews sized to a specific push, use it at your own pace, and the balance never expires. The Settings > Billing page is built around them — the calculator before your first pack, your balance after it. See Billing for the page layout.
Buying a pack
You can start from a named pack card, or size your own:
Enter your numbers: how many roles you're filling, roughly how many applicants you expect, interview rounds per role, voice or text interviews, and how long the push runs. Round up if unsure - you only pay for what we quoted, and going over just adds small top-ups at the same rates.
The quote shows two numbers: the price (charged today) and your spending limit (editable; you're only charged more as capacity is used, and never past the limit without an OK).
Buy the pack. You'll get a confirmation email with what it covers, the assumptions it was sized from, and your spending limit.
Every applicant gets screened. Candidates who look strong get interviewed. You pay for the interviews.
Volume pricing
The more interviews you buy over time, the lower your rate - like tax brackets, each pricing tier applies only to the interviews inside it. Your position carries forward for 12 months from each purchase, so a follow-up pack continues at your volume rate instead of starting over. The quote shows your savings and, when you're close to a better rate, how many interviews it would take to reach it.
Your balance
The balance view leads the Billing page: your remaining interviews (they never expire), when your volume rate carries through, and your spending against your limit, with an Adjust limit control beside it (free in both directions; the limit can never go below what is already used or held). A candidate with a live interview link always gets to finish - capacity for them is set aside the moment the invite sends.
Running low
Nothing pauses. At 80% used you get a heads-up email; at 100% a top-up is added automatically at your same locked rates and charged to your card, so hiring never stops. Raising your spending limit is free and moves no money - it only changes what automatic top-ups are allowed to reach.
Refunds and dormant balances
- 30-day refunds: change your mind within 30 days and we refund what you haven't used. What you did use is charged at the rate your actual volume earned. The refund control appears on the balance widget while the window is open.
- Never expires, with one caveat: if a balance sits untouched for more than 2 years, we may adjust it to match current interview lengths - and we'll email you 30 days before touching anything.
- Seats live on your plan, not your pack. A pack is interviews only; team seats and integrations come from your monthly plan. Your hiring results stay viewable forever regardless.
Invite link lifetimes
Interview links stay live for a set number of days from each send - invite, re-invite, or advancement to a new round all restart the clock. The default is platform-wide; you can set a custom lifetime per posting in the Hiring Plan builder under the application settings ("Custom interview link lifetime").
