Editing & Managing Postings

Edit, delete, and manage your job postings.

Editing a Posting

  1. Click on a posting from your dashboard
  2. Click the "Edit" button in the posting header
  3. Make your changes — all the same fields from creation are available
  4. Click "Save Changes"

If the posting is Active, all required fields must still be complete when saving. If it's a Draft, you can save partial progress.

Deleting a Posting

  1. Click the "Delete" button on the posting detail page
  2. A confirmation modal will appear — this is a soft delete (data is retained for compliance)
  3. Deleted postings no longer appear in your dashboard

Deleting a posting does not delete candidate data. Interview transcripts and scorecards are retained per legal compliance requirements (EEOC, NYC Local Law 144).

Posting Detail Page

The posting detail page shows:

  • Pipeline Funnel — visual breakdown of candidates by stage (invited, in progress, completed, expired)
  • Recommendation breakdown — how many candidates received Advance, Hold, or Decline recommendations
  • Candidate list — all invited candidates with status, scores, and action buttons
  • Scoring Analytics (collapsible) — score distribution charts, competency averages, recommendation percentages
  • Competency Heatmap — color-coded grid showing every candidate's score on every competency
