Talent Pool

Search and import pre-screened candidates with AI-powered relevancy scoring.

The talent pool is a centralized database of candidates who have already been screened and scored by the platform. When you're hiring for a new role, you can search it to find candidates who are already a strong match — saving sourcing time and surfacing people who might otherwise go unseen.

AI Relevancy Scoring

When you search the talent pool from a posting, the platform compares each candidate's resume against your job description using vector similarity. The result is a relevancy score that indicates how closely a candidate's background aligns with the role.

Green80%+Strong match — experience closely aligns with your requirements
Amber70-79%Good match — relevant experience with some gaps
BlueBelow 70%Potential match — may have transferable skills worth evaluating

Relevancy scores are a starting point, not a final judgment. A candidate at 75% may still be an excellent fit after interviewing. Use scores to prioritize your review, not to exclude.

Importing Candidates

On any posting detail page, click Add Candidates and select Import from Talent Pool

Search by name or email to find specific candidates, or browse the ranked list

Each result shows a relevancy badge when your posting has a job description configured

Expand any result to preview their resume without leaving the panel

Click View Full Profile for the complete profile and match details

Click Invite to send the candidate an interview invitation for this posting

Candidates already on the posting are filtered out of search results automatically.

Find Top Applicants

Click Find Top Applicants to have the AI surface the best matches for your posting automatically. Results are ranked by relevancy score with the strongest matches first. Candidates already on the posting are excluded.

Best Match Postings

On a candidate's detail page, a Best Match Postings card lists other active postings they may be a fit for. This helps you identify candidates who are a strong match for roles beyond the one they originally applied to — useful when you're hiring for multiple positions at once.

Talent pool candidates go through a review process before appearing in search results. Only candidates who have been approved by platform administrators are available for import.
