Inviting Candidates

Send interview invitations and share interview links with candidates.

Sending an Invitation

Open a posting from your dashboard

Click Invite Candidate from the Add Candidates dropdown

Enter the candidate's name and email address

Click Send Invitation

The candidate receives a branded email with a Start Interview button containing their unique interview link.

  • Each link is single-use — once a candidate starts, the link cannot be reused
  • Links expire after 7 days
  • To re-invite an expired or reset candidate, use the Reset button on the candidate row

Can't Find the Email?

If the invitation email doesn't arrive (spam filters, corporate firewalls, etc.), copy the link and share it directly:

  • After inviting, a Copy Link button appears in the success message
  • On the candidate list, Copy Link appears next to any invited candidate
  • Share via Slack, text, LinkedIn, or any channel

You cannot invite candidates to draft postings. The posting must be Active first.

Import from Talent Pool

Skip the email invitation and bring in pre-screened candidates directly:

Click Import from Talent Pool in the Add Candidates dropdown

Search by name or email

Review each result — a relevancy score shows how well the candidate's resume matches your JD

Expand a result to preview their resume, or click View Full Profile for the complete profile

Click Invite to send an interview invitation

Find Top Applicants

Click Find Top Applicants in the Add Candidates dropdown to automatically surface the best-matching candidates from your talent pool, ranked by AI relevancy scoring.
