Inviting Candidates

How to invite candidates to interview and share interview links.

Sending an Invitation

  1. Open a posting from your dashboard
  2. Click "Invite Candidate"
  3. Enter the candidate's name and email address
  4. Click "Send Invitation"

The candidate receives a branded email with a "Start Interview" button containing their unique interview link.

  • Each link is single-use — once a candidate starts, the link cannot be reused
  • Links expire after 7 days
  • If a link expires or you need to re-invite, use the Reset button on the candidate

If the email doesn't arrive (spam filters, etc.), you can copy the interview link directly:

  • After inviting, a "Copy Link" button appears in the success message
  • On the candidate list, click "Copy Link" next to any invited candidate
  • Share the link via any channel — Slack, text, LinkedIn, etc.

You cannot invite candidates to draft postings. The posting must be Active first.

Import from Talent Pool

Instead of inviting by email, you can import candidates from your talent pool:

  1. Click "Import from Talent Pool" on the posting detail page
  2. Search by name or email
  3. Each result shows a relevancy score (how well the candidate matches the posting's JD)
  4. Click to expand for a resume preview, or "View Full Profile" for the complete profile
  5. Click "Invite" to send them an interview invitation

Find Top Applicants

Click "Find Top Applicants" to automatically surface the best-matching candidates from your talent pool, ranked by AI relevancy scoring.
