Pipeline Funnel
Track candidate progress through the interview pipeline.
The pipeline funnel at the top of each posting detail page shows where your candidates are in the process.
Funnel Stages
| Stage | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Invited | Blue | Email sent, waiting to start |
| In Progress | Amber | Currently interviewing |
| Completed | Green | Interview done, scorecard ready |
| Expired | Gray | 7-day window passed without starting |
Below the funnel:
- Recommendation breakdown — percentage bar showing Advance / Hold / Decline split
- Average score — mean weighted score across all completed candidates
- Total candidates — total invited to this posting
