Browsing Competencies

View and search the competency library available for your postings.

Go to Settings > Competencies to browse all competencies available to your organization.

Two Sources

  1. Platform competencies — curated by Talent Systems' I-O psychology team. These are available to all organizations.
  2. Your custom competencies — created by your team (manually or via AI). Only visible to your organization.

Tabs

  • Competencies — individual competencies with categories (Behavioral, Situational, Technical)
  • Profiles — pre-built bundles of competencies you can quick-fill into postings

Searching and Filtering

  • Search bar — search by competency name
  • Category filter — filter by Behavioral, Situational, or Technical
  • Pagination — browse through the full library

Competency Details

Each competency includes:

  • Name — e.g., "Problem Solving," "Communication"
  • Category — Behavioral, Situational, or Technical
  • Description — what this competency measures
  • Behavioral Anchors — 5-level scale defining what a 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 look like for this competency
  • Source badge — "AI Generated" or "Manual"
