Dashboard Overview
Understanding your employer dashboard and navigation.
After signing in, you land on your Dashboard — the central hub for all your hiring activity.
What You See
The dashboard shows all your job postings with key information at a glance:
- Posting title and status (Active or Draft)
- Completion ring showing how many candidates have finished interviews
- Average score across completed candidates
- Interview mode badge (voice or text)
- Candidate count per posting
Filtering & Search
- Search bar — find postings by title
- Status filter tabs — switch between All, Active, and Draft postings
- Sort options — sort by newest, oldest, or candidate count
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar gives you access to:

| Team | Invite and manage team members |
| Settings | Your profile and permission configuration |
Sidebar items may be hidden based on your role and your company's permission settings. If you don't see a section, ask your account owner.
Theme
Use the theme toggle at the bottom of the sidebar to switch between light mode, dark mode, and system (matches your OS setting).
