Accepting Your Invitation
How to set up your Talent Systems account after receiving an invitation.
Talent Systems uses invitation-based accounts — there is no self-signup. An account owner or administrator will invite you via email.
What to Expect
- You'll receive an email from Talent Systems with a "Join Your Team" button
- The link takes you to a setup page where you'll see your name pre-filled
- Set a password (minimum 6 characters)
- Click "Create Account" — you'll be signed in automatically and redirected to your dashboard
Important Notes
- Invitation links expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, ask the person who invited you to resend it.
- Your name (first and last) is set by whoever invited you, but you can change it later in Settings > Profile.
- You cannot change your email address — it's tied to your account identity.
Roles
When you're invited, you're assigned one of four roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything. Can transfer ownership. One per company. |
| Admin | Full access by default. Cannot manage team unless granted permission. |
| Member | Read access by default. Can view postings and candidates. |
| Associate | Minimal access by default. Typically read-only across the board. |
Your owner can customize exactly what each role can see and do via the Permission Settings page.
